Are you applying or have you actually received the credit card?
The credit limit will be based on your credit worthiness. The limit could be only $300 or it could be $30K. If this is your first credit card, expect a small limit.
Use the card and pay it in full every month. After a year, they will probably increase your limit.

Not sure which one they pull from, but..they are one of the easiest to get a credit card from. Just make sure if you do get one you pay on time…they have a tendency to call if you are one day late..and it's all day long everyday until they get the payment. I had one…won't deal with them again.

You call and ask to speak to a supervisor. Don't answer any questions until a supervisor takes the call. Explain the situation to them. They will usually work with you if you're nice about it. If they don't remove the charges, or do what is necessary to satisfy you, tell them that unless they do you will report them through the fair credit act and the BBB. This probably won't get any results, but if they do report the charges and late payments on your credit report you can dispute it and have it taken off. It's a pain, but it works. If you don't have a copy of your credit report you can get one absolutely free with no strings at:

Orchard Bank credit cards are designed for people with poor / no credit. Although they tend to have slightly higher interest rates (and additional fees) when compared to 'standard' cards, they're a great way to build and improve your credit score over time. You can find a complete list of these offers here:

The Orchard Bank Platinum is a great choice. And it's definitely safe to apply online since they use secure (SSL) technology to transmit personal information.
Hope this helps. GOOD LUCK!

Read the disclosure paperwork first. I had a bankruptcy four years ago and needed to build credit. So I got one a year and a half ago with a $300 limit and it helped my credit score immensely. Now I have a $800 limit with them and it helped my credit enough to qualify for a Wells Fargo card with a $4500 limit now.

They will extend credit to almost anyone, but by the time you pay all the fees you have like $50 in available credit and have to pay back over $200. Try Capital One or a secured credit card through a bank or credit union.

Call the bank. It's probably a posting error. Someone is getting hit with late fees cause his payment got posted to your account in error.

Things to help you decide:
APR – is it fixed or variable? Initially they will have a promotional introductory rate and find out what it will be after the promotion a fixed APR or a variable one that changes with the Prime. Recently the Feds have lowered the interest rates so variable APRs have gone down.
Annual Fee – is there one?
Monthly Maintenance Fees – sometimes there is no annual fee but there is this fee. I'm sure BofA doesn't have a monthly fee so check if Orchard has it
Rewards – Do you get anything in return for using the card?
Payment Options – BofA has numerous payment options (mail, online, phone, branch), check what Orchard has to offer
Customer Service – phone banking for major banks and for BASIC problems is open 24/7. Some smaller banks close at 5pm and may not be open on Sundays.
