Is this Finance minister serious? If as at now we observe such serious messes, what if he becomes the prezzy? How can we serious to development partners by reporting errors, scandals, etc. We need many changes for the sake of the Kenyan child.

NTV: I am quite happy you adjusted the reporting to reflect the link between Uhuru Kenyattas purported computer error report to the Kenyan Parliament and the missing monies at the Finance Ministry. The major investigations should target the Finance Ministry: This is where the big fish are. Forget about the Education and the Special Programme Ministries.

hahahaha, this is funny, yet Raila and Michuki are in New York begging for more. Why do donors give these hyenas money knowing very well it will end up in pockets of thugs. Now handing the case to Ringera to investigate is another way of covering up.

First of all, you'll need to have a credit card or similar item on hand. If the card has the Visa or Mastercard logo on it, you're good.
If you don't have a credit card, you can pick up a PRE-PAID card at various places (like Wal-Mart). HOWEVER, there are "charging fees" involved with pre-paid cards. There are other methods, but with a savings or checking account, I cannot recommend them.
Once you have a credit card (or similar item), the process or buying stuff online isn't that hard… but it can be a nervous experience for first-time buyers.
When you get on the site you want to shop on, you may want to create an account there if that option is available. This allows you to get your contact information out of the way.
Next, FILL YOUR CART. Go to the pages that have the item you want. Enter the quantity you want & hit "Add to Cart".
Once your cart is filled, you hit the "Checkout" button & proceed to the checkout process. This is where you'll need to double-check your cart & see if you have everything you want to order. If everything is OK, you put in your shipping (if you haven't done so already when you registered) & your payment information. This is where you'll need to put in the credit card information.
Once you hit "Confirm order" (or similar button), the order is placed. The processing time will vary with the company, but it usually takes no more than 24 hours to process your order… during this time, you may be able to CANCEL YOUR ORDER as your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to ship.
Once your order is processed, your card is charged & your order is shipped.
INTERNATIONAL NOTICE: Please be aware that if you're order items outside your country, the cost of the order will be converted to that store's accepted currency (see http://www.xe.com for current exchange rates). This can cause the cost to increase (or decrease) AND you will be slapped with a "Currency Conversion" Fee.
In the case of US to Canadian Dollars, $1 US = $1.24 CAN (at last check)… so this means that the price will be lower that stated on the website (UNLESS prices are stated in US$), but the currency conversion fee (& increased shipping costs) will offset the potential savings.
This is about the best I give you for assistance WITHOUT being there in person to assist you. I wish you the best of luck in your first online purchase!

I'll go the other way …. all my decor is naturally sourced. From the driftwood to the rocks (the gravel is from a "home store").
As long as you are sure of the content of driftwood/rocks and know how to clean/prepare/test it … you should never have a problem. You also have to know "when" …. somethings just aren't suitable no matter how much you clean/prepare them.
The first thing to look for is metallic content on rocks … no iron, copper, lead or other metals are permissible.
Next clean them well with a brush and boil them …. it doesn't hurt to do a pH test on the water first (boil the water, then test) before boiling the rocks.Test water again after boiling (and has cooled)…. then let rocks sit for a few days in the water and test again. If there is an increase of pH/hardness, don't use.
However, you are showing wanting to use these in an African Cichlid tank.If these are Rift Lake cichlid some buffering is desirable … but if Malawi cichlid you don't want to buffer excessively,so keep this in mind.

If you don't have a credit card, you can go to Walmart or some other store, even 7 11 sells them now and drug stores, and you can purchase a pre-paid Visa or Mastercard. Both of these will allow you to shop online using a credit card because those prepaid cards function like traditional credit cards. Also, sign up for a free PayPal web site, PayPal is accepted by many online stores and will give you a chance to register for free.

Hi! I also live in the Rock Town. You may want to try constuction companies or even yard work. I've notice that since the laws changed about having illegal immigrants working for you that there are alot of Americans working now. Also, have you tried the employment office. There are certain groups who help the homeless find jobs. Have you asked any of the shelters? If you get assistance, can your case worker help you? Try anything and everything you can. Good luck!! If you want you can email me, I would be more than willing to try and help.

I believe you have a psychological problem or some sort of fear or maybe you are thinking about this too much. Bank employees are very professional and will keep all information about you private. Putting in $8000 in a savings account is alot for a 17 year old. Most adults don't even have that kind of savings (most have less than $2000 in their bank accounts every month). How I know that? Its because I'm a financial representative helping families to get out of debt and save money.
Anyway, the bank teller won't be opening an account for you. The bank manager or one of the representatives will do that for you. If you have any questions about the savings account, they are there to help you.
Eventually you will need a checking account to pay any bills you will have in the future. Without it, you can't pay your bills. I personally leave a $1 in there to keep it open. I also have all my bills to be due on the same day. So I transfer money from my savings to my checking 2 days before my bills are due. Many banks allow you to check your accounts online at anytime.
By the way, I think you will need a parent or guardian to open an account since you under the age of 18.
